Philip is Director of the firm du Chateau Chun providing multi-disciplinary building code, fire life safety engineering, accessibility and essential safety measures consultancy services.
Philip has worked in private practice for over 38 years, consulting to industry and government on all aspects of building regulation and control.
Philip, known as the creator of privatised building control in Victoria, has held positions with the former Department of Building Control, City of Melbourne and various positions with the Building Appeals and Board, and the Building Regulations Advisory Committee. Philip was instrumental in the development of the Building Code of Australia and today remains active in his chosen profession, passionate about the success of du Chateau Chun.
